Online Sales Policy
Merchandise ships within 5-7 days business days of the order being placed. In the event that an item you’ve ordered is out of stock or back ordered, you will be notified via email and we will try our best to provide you with an estimated date of availability.
Returns are accepted on all non-sale items within 14 days of customer receipt.
All returned items must include original packaging materials and merchandise.
Unfortunately, we do not refund shipping and handling charges on returns.
All sale, discounted items are final sale. There is no refund or exchange available.

Please note cancellation request has to be sent within 24 hours of placing the order.
Please know that every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order. And be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.
The amount will be refunded to your bank account or as store credits within 7 business days.
Please notify us immediately should any part of your order arrive damaged.
Also suggest you email us a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org. You are requested to keep the original box and packing material with the damaged item so it may be picked up for inspection by the carrier.
